HOW WE DELIVER

the 5 primary steps

Introduction

During this phase, if a new client we have the free initial consultation, get introduced to all aspects of the client’s business, from team members, partners, digital assets, plans, roadmaps, and in-progress projects. The output is a detailed report of the client’s current position, this includes an analysis of their strengths and opportunities.

Discovery

Our team and the client will have a series of workshops to review the status report and analysis, understand the client’s requirements and restrictions, and identify and prioritise new digital projects.

Confirmation

We analyse the workshop outputs and approve a roadmap. Priority initiatives, epics, and stories are created, and statements of work (SoWs) are drafted and approved by the client. This is where projects start.

Implementation

We recommend delivering the priorities of the roadmap first, as these can be the most impactful. We use an Agile Scrum delivery framework methodology to deliver projects, whilst including our clients in every step of the journey for absolute transparency.

Live and Next

Once a project is completed we hold a “Next Step” meeting with the client to define exactly what is next in the backlog or roadmap that is to be worked on and schedule it in for delivery.
